A Six Pack Can Save Your Life.

Some people believe that its a sign of vanity to have a six pack. While this may be true, having strong abdominal muscles and no fat on your belly will improve your life in a number of ways, not just turning heads at the beach. On average, your body has about 30 billion fat cells filled with a greasy substance called lipids. When you're eating fatty foods those fat cells are able to expand to 1000 times their original size. They do have a limit to how big they can get and once they hit that limit they create 2 or more extra fat cells. The bad news is that once you've got them, you've got them for good. So as you gain more and more weight and multiply the number of fat cells that you have in your body, you'll find it harder and harder to lose the lipids inside of them. Most people tend to store fat around their waste, and thats the foundation where all health problems related to obesity begin. The fat that gets stored at your mid section doesn't just sit there doing nothing. It releases substances that impair your organs ability to function properly. Fat stored at your stomach is to blame for most health problems because its within attacking distance of your heart, liver and other organs. It sits there pressed up against them feeding them poison. Now lets think about someone with a ripped hard mid-section Not only do they look good and have a really strong core, But their organs are living in a fat-free neighborhood. There was a study done in Canada where the analyzed 8000 people over a period of 13 years Those who had the weakest abdominal muscles had a death rate nearly twice as high as those with the strongest ab muscles.
