Pros and Cons of Weight Watchers

Now if you really like maths and numbers then you might like this diet. Its a popular diet that works on a points system to help you control the amount of food that you're consuming every day. Which may help you if you are overeating and you would like to keep control of what you are putting into your body. Now I don't know about you but I definitely don't want to be sitting counting calories and measuring food all day. Plus the main problem with this diet is that it can be cheated! Because it works on calories and not content you could count your points so that your just eat junk food and then sacrifice good food later. You could consume all your points for the day in one calorie rich meal and then not eat anything for the rest of the day. This would cause your metabolism to slow down and might actually cause you to gain weight. So watch out! Plus a lot of people have indicated that they don't like the support group part of weight watchers. Makes them feel like they're attending an AA meeting.
